Kitchen Aid Ice Cream

So this is painfully easy....as long as you start the mixer before your pour any ingredients into the frozen bowl. It works wonderfully and it's a blast. No matter which flavor...mix all the ingredients together in a separate bowl then pour into the mixers frozen bowl as the beater is already moving. Churn for about 15 mins and then pour into a freezer safe container and put into the freezer.


VANILLA ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 2 cups half and half

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons good quality vanilla

  • Big pinch of sea salt


CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 2 cups half and half

  • 1 cup whole chocolate milk

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup melted chocolate


  • Big pinch of sea salt
