This is my staple in the morning, in the afternoon..heck whenever I need a boost and it is soooo good for you. Quick and easy and it lasts a couple of days in the fridge.
4 handfuls of spinach
1 bunch of celery stalks
2 pieces of fresh ginger, peeled
2 kiwi peeled
1 Granny smith apple
1 Red Apple
you can add a little of beet if you like :)
