Adam's Green Juice

This is my staple in the morning, in the afternoon..heck whenever I need a boost and it is soooo good for you. Quick and easy and it lasts a couple of days in the fridge.


  • 4 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 bunch of celery stalks

  • 2 pieces of fresh ginger, peeled

  • 2 kiwi peeled

  • 1 Granny smith apple

  • 1 Red Apple

  • Large cucumber

  • 1 Lemmon

  • you can add a little of beet if you like :)
